Welcome Prof. Tao Gao from Chang'an University, China to be the TPC !

Tao Gao, Ph.D. in Engineering, Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, Deputy Director of the school of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, and director of the Department of Electronic Information Engineering. He is also a communication review expert for the National Natural Science Foundation of China and a communication review expert for the Degree Center of the Ministry of Education. His main research areas include image processing, pattern recognition, bus control simulation, and fault diagnosis. He obtained the bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees in Signal and Information Processing from Northwestern Polytechnical University in 2002, 2006, and 2010, respectively. In 2016, he was a visiting scholar at the Australian National University for one year. He has led and participated in various research projects, including those funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the National 863 Key Projects, the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, the Natural Science Foundation of Shaanxi Province, and the Shaanxi Provincial Collaborative Innovation Plan. He has published over 50 papers in journals such as IEEE Transactions on Geoscience and Remote Sensing, IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems for Video Technology, Pattern Recognition, and Neurocomputing. He serves as a reviewer for several prestigious international journals, including IEEE Transactions on Geoscience and Remote Sensing, Pattern Recognition, and IEEE Transactions on Knowledge and Data Engineering. He has applied for more than 20 national patents. He has guided students to participate in various competitions, such as the National Undergraduate Electronics Design Contest, the National Graduate Electronic Design Contest, and the National Undergraduate IoT+ Contest, winning 34 national and provincial awards. He has led and participated in over 10 teaching reform projects, published 9 teaching reform papers, and received numerous teaching awards and titles, including the Most Satisfactory Undergraduate Teacher, Excellent Teacher, Advanced Individual in Scientific Research, and the Second Prize of Shaanxi Provincial Teaching Achievement.
