Dr. Yang Weidong is Jiangsu Province double innovation talent, Hebei Province excellent master's thesis advisor, director of China Machinery Manufacturing Technology Association, Executive director of Hebei Province Additive Manufacturing Association, standing member of the Medical Imaging and Technology Engineering Committee of Hebei Province Biomedical Engineering Society，member of the Additive Manufacturing Branch of the Society of Mechanical Engineering, visiting scholar at Clemson University, USA. He was awarded the second prize of Hebei Province Science and Technology Progress three times and once for the third prize. He has undertaken and participated in the National Natural Science Foundation, the National Ministry of Industry and Information Technology CNC machine tool special project, Hebei Province Natural Science Foundation, Tianjin Natural Science Foundation, Hebei Province Science and Technology Department major projects and enterprise horizontal project research work. He has published nearly 100 papers, including more than 50 papers indexed by SCI and EI, and obtained more than 10 invention patents.
