Hui Liu, Ph.D., Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, Member of Jiu San Society, Visiting Scholar of University of Ottawa, Young Top Talents of “Xing Dian Talent Support Program” of Yunnan Province, Head of the first batch of National First-class Courses, Peer Review Expert of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Senior Member of China Computer Society, Expert of the National Graduate Education Evaluation and Monitoring Pool, Vice President of Science and Technology of Yunnan Kunsteel Electronic Information Co. He is a senior member of China Computer Society, an expert of National Graduate Education Evaluation Monitoring Pool, Vice President of Science and Technology of Yunnan Kunsteel Electronic Information Science and Technology Co., Ltd, a famous teacher of Kunming University of Science and Technology, and a young editorial board member of Metallurgical Automation, Journal of Iron and Steel Research, a reviewer of Control and Decision Making and Optical Engineering. He is mainly engaged in theoretical and applied research on machine learning, soft measurement, image recognition, etc. He has presided over two projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, two projects of Yunnan Provincial Science and Technology Department, one project of Yunnan Provincial Universities Serving the Key Industries, one project of Yunnan Province Xingdian Yingcai Support Program for Young Talents. In Engineering Applications of Artificial Intelligence, Computers & Chemical Engineering, Chemometrics and Intelligent Laboratory Systems, Control and Decision Making, Control and Decision Making, Control Theory and Applications, etc. He has published more than 30 papers in SCI/EI indexed journals. In the aspect of teaching, he has presided over more than 10 education reform projects, such as the construction of national first-class courses, the construction of postgraduate quality courses in Yunnan Province, the construction of postgraduate course case library in Yunnan Province, the research project of teaching reform in undergraduate education in Yunnan Province, and the first batch of projects of the Yunnan Province Tuojin Program. He won the first prize in the final of the national university electronic information young teachers' teaching competition, the special prize in the sixth and seventh Yunnan Provincial University Teachers' Teaching Competition, the second prize in the third and fourth National University Teachers' Teaching Innovation Competition, the Ministry of Education's “Star of Wisdom Teaching”, the first prize of the excellent cases of blended teaching in the national UOOC alliance, and more than ten teaching awards of various kinds. He has won more than ten awards for various kinds of teaching, such as the first prize. The catechism course “Introduction to Intelligent Control” is online on the platforms of Learning Power, China University MOOC, Xuedang Online (Chinese and international), Wisdom Tree, Xueyin Online, UOOC Union and so on.

刘辉，博士，教授，博士生导师，九三学社社员，加拿大渥太华大学访问学者，云南省“兴滇英才支持计划”青年拔尖人才，首批国家级一流课程负责人，国家自然科学基金同行评审专家，中国计算机学会高级会员，全国研究生教育评估监测专家库专家，云南昆钢电子信息科技有限公司科技副总，昆明理工大学教学名师，担任《冶金自动化》、《钢铁研究学报》等期刊青年编委，《控制与决策》、Optical Engineering等期刊审稿人。主要从事机器学习，软测量，图像识别等方面的理论及应用研究，主持国家自然科学基金2项，云南省科技厅面上项目2项，云南省高校服务重点产业科技专项项目1项，云南省兴滇英才支持计划青年人才专项项目1项。在Engineering Applications of Artificial Intelligence、Computers & Chemical Engineering、Chemometrics and Intelligent Laboratory Systems、控制与决策、控制理论与应用等发表SCI/EI收录的期刊论文三十余篇。教学方面，主持国家级一流课程建设，云南省研究生优质课程建设、云南省研究生课程案例库建设、云南省本科教育教学改革研究项目、首批云南省拓金计划项目等10余项教改类项目。获得全国高校电子信息类青年教师授课竞赛总决赛一等奖，第六届和第七届云南省高校教师教学大赛特等奖、第三届和第四届全国高校教师教学创新大赛二等奖、教育部在线教育“智慧教学之星”，全国UOOC联盟混合式教学优秀案例一等奖等各类教学获奖十余项。负责建设的慕课《智能控制导论》上线学习强国，中国大学MOOC，学堂在线（中文及国际），智慧树，学银在线，优课联盟等平台。
